The Secretary of Labor may transfer the amounts provided to ''Employee Benefits Security Administration'', ''Wage and Hour Division'', ''Occupational Safety and Health Administration'', and ''Employment and Training Administration--Program Administration'' to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus, including for enforcement, oversight, and coordination activities in those accounts. The Secretary transferred $4,000,000 of those funds to the Employment and Training Administration (ETA)-Program Administration account. This apportionment represents the estimated carryover from FY 2021 into FY 2022.
