In FY 2021, the Department transferred $1,810,000 from ETA's Training and Employment Services (TES) and Community Service Employment for Older Americans (CSEOA) appropriations to its Program Administration (PA) appropriation for Program Integrity purposes. This Program Integrity transfer is necessary to support the modernization and transition of the ETA grants management system and oversight to the HHS GrantSolutions platform.
