A1: Amounts apportioned by program, project, or activity shall be increased or decreased to reflect reprogrammings below congressional notification thresholds ($5 million or 10 percent whichever is less) without further action by OMB. Treasury shall provide OMB a monthly summary detailing any and all reprogrammings, including those below the congressional notification thresholds, executed during the prior month.
