Due to the indefinite nature of the Travel Promotion Fund, the sequester amount may not equal the sequester amount reflected in the OMB Report to the Congress on the Joint Sequestration for Fiscal Year 2022. If the necessary appropriation is different from the amount listed on lines 1201/ 1250, the amount in dollars currently reflected on line 1232 is hereby automatically apportioned as follows: The agency will achieve the reduction by applying a 5.7% reduction to obligations incurred from this account as a result of the spending authority provided to the agency based on the FY 2022 matching funds validated by the Department of Commerce.
