A1: To the extent Treasury requires the use of such amounts in fiscal year 2022, amounts apportioned to line 6170 shall be automatically reapportioned to line 6011 without further action by OMB once three complete business days have passed after the submission of a revised spend plan to OMB detailing any such increase in planned FY 2022 obligations.
