B, title I, §117(a), 132 Stat. 3066 (September 28, 2018), codified at 29 U.S.C. § 563 (DOL Working Capital Fund; establishment; availability; capitalization; reimbursement). Notification of the unobligated balances transfer planned for FY 2021 was transmitted to appropriations committees by letter on July 29, 2020. Notification of this $15,000,000 transfer, planned for FY 2022, was transmitted through the FY 2022 Congressional Budget Justification in the Working Capital Fund chapter.
