B1: Pursuant to section 312 of P.L. 117-103, the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2022; the Secretary may reserve not more than 0.5 percent from any amount made available in this Act for a program in the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA), except for any amounts made available for subpart 1 of part A of title IV of the HEA, to carry out rigorous and independent evaluations and to collect and analyze outcome data for any program authorized by the HEA. Funds pursuant to section 312 shall remain available until September 30, 2024.
