A1: Under the FY 2023 short-term continuing resolution (CR) (P.L. 117-180, as amended) this account was appropriated as a multi-year TAFS (20-0921 2023/2025) and was apportioned by OMB Bulletin 22-02. The full-year 2023 appropriation (P.L. 117-328) enacted the funding within this TAFS at $0 (zero). In accordance with A-11 section 123.22, any obligations/outlays made with the previous CR appropriation have been redistributed (or recasted) to other BSM TAFS (20-0921: 2021/2023, 2022/2024 and 2022/2031) with current authority and apportionment for such obligations/outlays.
