A1: Beginning on the date of OMB action to approve this apportionment, funds apportioned as unapportioned on line 6100 are hereby automatically apportioned without further action by OMB for guaranty agencies purposes as identified in items 1 through 8 of 34 C.F.R. 682.419(c), and amounts for item number 9 in 34 C.F.R. 682.419(c) are available for a guaranty agency ten business days after OMB has been provided a detailed spend plan for the use of those funds.
