One-quarter of one percent of the amounts transferred pursuant to the authority in this section will subsequently be transferred to the Office of Inspector General of the Department of Transportation. An additional one-quarter of one percent of the amounts transferred pursuant to the authority in this section will subsequently be transferred to the Office of Inspector General of the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak).
