The attached apportionment includes unobligated balances, carried over from FY 2023, estimated receipts and anticipated spending authority from offsetting collections. Reflects the estimated reimbursement of one agreement. This modification to agreement is a detail of one FTE over 15 pay periods to the Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Business Center Agency. Risk Management Agency staff will be carrying out project manager duties and working with the team to implement Section 22007(e) Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Discrimination Financial Assistance.
