C, Title V, Sec. 503(c), this notification provides the Department of Homeland Security’s intent to transfer funds to support the operations of the United States Coast Guard. The Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office has identified $2,137,150 in Fiscal Year 2025 cost savings for Environmental Biodetection Capability Development and Maturation, as funding is not needed until Fiscal Year 2026.
