C, Title V, Sec. 503(c), this notification provides the Department of Homeland Security’s intent to transfer funds to support the operations of the United States Coast Guard. The Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office has identified $992,763 in cost savings due to the termination of the Thallium Bromide (TlBr) Human Portable Radiation Detection Systems (HPRDS) Objective Resolution program. The Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office has identified $790,673 in cost savings due to the termination of the Biological Detection for the 21st Century program.
