B1: (2) Funds provided by P.L. 119-21 Section 20002 paragraph 2 in the amount of $250,000,000, paragraph 5 in the amount of $85,000,000, paragraph 6 in the amount of $50,000,000, and paragraph 7 in the amount of $110,000,000 for a total of $495,000,000 signed by the President July 4, 2025. (1) Funds provided by P.L. 119-21, Section 20002 paragraph 10 in the amount of $500,000,000, paragraph 12 in the amount of $50,000,000, paragraph 13 in the amount of $450,000,000, paragraph 14 in the amount of $750,000,000, paragraph 15 in the amount of $250,000,000, paragraph 8 in the amount of $400,000,000, and paragraph 9 in the amount of $450,000,000 for a total $2,850,000,000 signed by the President July 4, 2025.

B2: Pursuant to section 120.21 of OMB Circular A-11, one or more lines in the Budgetary Resources section may be rounded up. As a result, those rounded lines will not match the actuals reported on the SF 133. Agency will ensure that its funds control system will only allot actuals.

A1: A classified attachment displaying the apportionment of specific classified programs within the amount displayed may be included. All documents associated with this apportionment are unclassified except for the Classified Attachment. The classified apportionment shall be allotted in full and executed without change. Such apportionment shall remain valid during the fiscal year until such time as a reapportionment of such classified apportionment is required. Allotments shall be made no later than 30 days after OMB signs the apportionment or the start of the subsequent calendar month, whichever is later. A2: To the extent authorized by law, the amounts apportioned may be increased or decreased up to five percent of the amount on line 1000 for actual unobligated balances without further action from OMB. A3: Amounts apportioned on this line are available for obligation provided that, from the date of this apportionment, DOW complies with the clearance requirements of section 22.3 and 22.4 of OMB Circular A-11 for all matters concerning shipbuilding, including matters concerning rescission or reappropriation of such appropriated amounts, and applies the same clearance requirements to all official materials for public release concerning shipbuilding procurement actions, including requests for information or proposals, modifications, commitments, awards, and Navy force structure changes. If OMB determines that DOW has failed to comply with such sections 22.3 or 22.4 or the clearance requirements related to public release referenced above, OMB will notify DOW in writing and DOW must seek reapportionment prior to further obligation of such amounts as of the date of such notice.
