B1: Pursuant to the transfer authority in Division B, Title I, Section 106(b) of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026, Pub. L. No. 119-75, this apportionment transfers $1,255,000 from the State Unemployment Insurance and Employment Service Operations account to the Program Administration (016-2026-2027-0172) account. The transferred funds will support the operations, maintenance, and continued enhancement of the ETA grants management system in the HHS GrantSolutions platform and the use of data analysis, performance management, financial reporting, and monitoring of state UI reporting and operational areas to support program integrity efforts and the timely payment of UI benefits. Of the amount to be transferred, $1,100,000 will come from UI State Administration's RESEA activity and $155,000 will come from ES Grants to States.
