B2: Provided, That 1,000,000 , shall be transferred to 'Office of Inspector General-Operations and Support" for oversight of activities authorized by the Hermit’s Peak/Calf Canyon Fire Assistance Act: Provided further, That the amounts provided under this heading in this Act shall be subject to the reporting requirements in the third proviso of section 136 of the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2023 (division A of Public Law 117- 180 : Provided further, That amounts provided under this heading in this Act , shall be subject to the same authorities and conditions as if such amounts were provided by ,title III of the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2024 (division C of Public Law 118 -47): Provided further, That such amount in designated by Congress as being for an emergency requirement pursuant to section 25l(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.
