These amounts will be updated, as necessary, to reflect final TIFIA program subsidy modeling inputs, including final disbursements and credit ratings, and approved by OMB prior to closing these loans. The increases or decreases resulting from these activities are hereby automatically apportioned to the applicable Category B lines without further action by OMB.
